This Douglas Williams Or Bill Hayes doll IS a custom, I hand painted his little face. I also worked very hard on eBay to get replicas of some of his days outfits and Bills real life Jacket he loves so much. THIS CANNOT BE BOUGHT ANYWHERE ELSE. The body was from the x- files doll collection the ken was called molder who ever that is. There ARE two in the world ONE belongs to me the other IS Bill Hayses.
